Warranty Period
1.Standard products manufactured by EBN are covered by a 2 year global warranty from the shipment date. All of key parts assembled into EBN system products such as Touch Screen, Power Supply/ Power Adapter, and peripherals etc, will be also covered by the standard 2 years of warranty.
2. For LCD panel, battery pack, bezel, and mechanical parts will NOT be covered by standard 2 years of warranty. LCD panel is one year warranty and battery pack is 6 months warranty.
Repair Process
1. EBNs customer should return failure parts to EBN for repair or replacement.
2. It is possible to obtain a replacement (Cross-Shipment) during the first 45 days from the date of shipment, if the products were purchased directly from EBN and the product is DOA(Died-On-Arrival)
3. EBN provides service manual and spare parts price list.
Service Charges
1. IWC(In-Warranty-Case):EBNs customer takes inbound freight expenses , EBN takes outbound freight expense.
2. OOW(Out-Of-Warranty)/NTF/CID(Customer-Induce- Damage)cases: EBNs customer takes inbound and outbound freight.
3. OOW/CID cases, EBN will charge labor cost US$45 per hour and material cost.
4.NTF(No-Trouble-Found) case, EBN will charge labor cost US$ 100 for each product.
